Forex, indices and commodities are highly leveraged products; Which means you may lose more than your initial investment. Before deciding to undertake such transactions with any Forex related company, a user should carefully evaluate whether his/her financial situation is appropriate for such transactions. Trading foreign exchange may result in a substantial or complete loss of funds and therefore should only be undertaken with risk capital. The definition of risk capital is funds that are not necessary to the survival or well being of the user. Trading online, no matter how convenient or efficient it may be, does not necessarily reduce the risks associated with foreign exchange trading. Henry- Ward.co.uk does not accept any responsibility towards any customer, member or third party, acting on such information contained on the website, and any trading decisions are made at your own discretion.

Memberships

You may register for a membership with Henry-Ward.co.uk by completing the registration form for our website. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access this website. You must notify us in writing at contact@Henry-Ward.co.uk if you are aware of any unauthorized access of your account.

Henry-Ward.co.uk reserves the right to suspend/ terminate your subscription at any point if you breach any of these Terms & Conditions, with or without notice. You will not be entitled to any refund in these circumstances.

If you choose any of the monthly paid memberships, your subscription will continue until you cancel your membership. In the case of cancellation of membership, you will have to send 28 days notice of cancellation, in written form to contact@Henry- Ward.co.uk. Until the 28 days of notice are met, all payments that are standing for your membership will have to be paid. There are no trial periods for Henry-Ward.co.uk or refunds after payment has been made.

Discount offers will be used in guidance as stated here. For any discount codes related to the Trading Academy, you will have 1 month’s access using the stated discounted price. If the user is to downgrade their account or cancel membership early they will not be entitled to have continued access from that point on. Do make sure to contact us at contact@henry-ward.co.uk if you are wanting to retain access for the rest of your canceled month while at a discounted price.

We will notify you in advance of any changes to the price of your subscription and will apply upon renewal. Unless you notify us before the end of your subscription period that you no longer wish to have access to membership privileges, your subscription will renew and continue until any other further notice is given by you. We will charge the subscription using the same card or another payment method that you have previously used.

Registration

By registering and participating in this Service as a Client, you agree and represent as follows:

1. You are of legal age and are otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract;
2. All information you submit to HW Trading or in connection with our Service is accurate and complete and that you will maintain and promptly update any profile supplied to us to ensure accuracy at all times;
3. You agree to be contacted via Email by Henry-Ward.co.uk, and third parties if relevant, regarding Henry-Ward.co.uk’ services;
4. You hereby grant HW Trading permission to email or display your profile and such other information as may be supplied by you to us on or from our website as we shall deem advisable in our sole determination in connection with the Service or for marketing purposes thereof.

You may visit our Site without registering. However, in order to buy any of our services or products you will be required to register for an account. When creating an account we will collect your name and email. If you decide to purchase any of our products, you will also be required to submit your PayPal or credit card information to our third party payment processors. We may also ask you for additional information if necessary.

Minors

We do not provide information or services to minors, and if you are under 18, and at least 13 years of age, you may only use this Site and/or the Services with the active involvement of a parent, guardian or another supervising adult. You may not use this Site if you are under 13 years of age.

T&C’s Revisions

We may revise our Terms & Conditions at certain stages to keep Henry-Ward.co.uk working as efficiently as possible. The updated/ revised Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the website from the date of publication and you hereby waive any right you may otherwise have to be notified of or to consent to, revisions of these Terms & Conditions.
